Inferior foundation

DO NOT commence assemble if the foundation is poor Ie not solid or level. This will irrevocably create annoying problems, for example chinking of the walls, windows and doors not closing fully or even leakages. If, in the event of a complaint, the cause of the problems proves to be poor foundation (assembled by yourself or a third party) our guarantee shall never apply. Also in case you have chosen installation through an authorised company, such company will not start installation and they shall be forced to charge you for call-out costs, any labour costs, etc.

Warranty and complaints procedure
Lugarde grants a 5-year warranty on manufacturing or construction faults; damage caused by human intervention, animals or natural disasters does not fall under the warranty (see also maintenance). Complaints as a result of a poorly laid foundation or faulty assembly (if carried out independently), poor maintenance and/or the wrong maintenance materials do not fall under the warranty (see also maintenance).
