Our doors have a three-point lock.

These can be opened and closed in the following ways.

To close door 

1. Close door
2. Pull the door handle up firmly. (this may sound loud)
3. Release the door handle
4. Turn the key

 To open door:

1. Handle horizontally
2. Insert the key into the lock
3. Press the door handle down to open
4. Then turn the key and open the door
