Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
The Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri is the perfect refreshment on a hot summer’s day.
· 4 strawberries
· 4 cl rum (white)
· 2 cl lemon juice
· 1 cl sugar syrup
Run all ingredients in a blender together with ice cubes. The cocktail is ready to be served.
Bahama Mama
The fruity taste of the Bahama Mama transports you straight to a beach in the Caribbean
· 2 cl rum (brown)
· 2 cl rum (white)
· 1 cl Kahlúa
· 1 cl Malibu
· · 8 cl pineapple juice
Mix all ingredients with ice and shake well. Then decorate the cocktail with fresh fruit and serve.
Flying Kangaroo
With its sweet and creamy flavour, the Flying Kangaroo is perfect for those who prefer sweet cocktails.
· 2 cl Vodka Gorbatschow
· 2 cl rum
· 2 cl coconut syrup
· 2 cl cream
· 6 cl pineapple juice
· 6 cl orange juice
·· 1 cl vanilla liqueur
Mix all the ingredients with ice and decorate the cocktail with an orange slice and a cherry tomato.
Cuba Libre
The Cuba Libre is a simple blend of sweet and sour and gives you a caffeine kick for long nights.
· 4 cl rum
· 12 cl Coca Cola
· 2 limes
First, cut the limes into 8 pieces, squeeze them over the glass and then place them in it. Then fill the glass with ice and add the remaining ingredients. The cocktail can be decorated with a slice of lime.
Mai Tai 
The Mai Tai is one of the most popular cocktails in the world, with its Caribbean feel. However, it is very strong and sour.
· 2 cl rum (brown, high-proof)
· 6 cl rum (brown)
· 1 cl apricot brandy
· 3 cl almond syrup
· 2 cl lime juice
· 1.5 cl sugar syrup
· 10 cl pineapple juice
Mix all ingredients with ice and shake well. Pour the cocktail into a glass and it’s ready to be served. The cocktail can be decorated with a slice of pineapple, a cherry or some mint leaves.
Anna’s Chill Me
This cocktail adds a touch of fire, because it’s very spicy thanks to the chili pepper. If you don’t like spicy drinks, you’d better choose another cocktail.
· 6 raspberries
· 1 chili pepper
· 4 cl Havana Club Añejo 3
· 2 cl lime juice
· 2 cl golden syrup
First slice the chili pepper. Mix all ingredients with ice and shake well. Pour the cocktail into a glass and decorate it with an orange slice.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is a real eye-catcher with its blue colour, and is pleasantly cooling in the warm summer months
· 2 cl vodka
· 2 cl rum (white)
· 6 cl pineapple juice
· 2 cl coconut syrup
· 1.5 cl blue curaçao
· 2 cl whipped cream
Put all ingredients except the blue curaçao in a shaker and shake well. Pour the cocktail into a glass. Now you pour the blue curaçao very slowly over the cocktail, which is then ready to be served.
Margarita
The Margarita is probably one of the best-known classic cocktails. It gives you a flavour of Mexico in your own home with its refreshing, sour taste.
· 4 cl tequila
· 2 cl Cointreau
· 5 ice cubes
· 1 slice of lime
· 1 teaspoon of salt
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend them. Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of lime to help the salt to stick. Pour the cocktail into a glass and serve.
