Marshmallow Banana Wrap
Ingredients:
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 8 marshmallows
- 2 bananas
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy)
- chocolate sprinkles
- chocolate sauce
Preparation:
Coat the wraps with peanut butter and place both the banana and the marshmallows centered on the wrap. Then fold the wraps. Place the wraps over the fire for about 5 minutes. Try to turn after a few minutes.
Campfire Cinnamon Roll-ups
Ingredients:
- 1 package of crescent rolls
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- wooden skewers
Preparation:
Combine the cinnamon and the sugar in a bowl and separate the crescent rolls. Then wrap the rolls around the wooden skewers and roll them in the sugar mixture. Place over the fire for about 5 minutes while turning it frequently.
Grilled pears with cinnamon drizzle
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe pears
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- coconut oil
- sea and maldon salt
Preparation:
First cut the pears in half and remove the seeds. Brush the pears with the coconut oil and add salt. Now cover the pears in tinfoil and grill the pears in the fire for about 15 minutes. While the pears are grilling, combine the honey and the cinnamon in a bowl and mix them well. When the pears are done let them rest for a minute and then drizzle the cinnamon honey over them and garnish with chopped pecans. You can finish them off with some maldon salt.
